Naughty Chocolate and Raspberry Mini Loaves

Sometimes I just want chocolate.  There.  I said it. It is your choice whether you feed these to your kids or not, I'm not going to preach.  In reality I can't because I ate them myself!

These were delicious warm with icecream and really killed off my "desperately seeking chocolate" craving.  They only take a few minutes to mix up and don't take long in the oven so they are ideal for a sweet treat when you've finally gotten the kids to bed after one of those days.

They freeze well too, so you don't need to eat them all at once!

Naughty Chocolate and Raspberry Mini Loaves
Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut oil melted
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups self raising flour
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup milk
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients together to combine.  Put into silicone mini loaf pans.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the loaf comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack.  Makes 10.
